The Board of Directors is the highest body in Al-Furqan, and its role is to:
- Shape the vision and mission of the Foundation;
- Supervise the executive management of the Foundation;
- Ensure the rational use of finance;
- Ensure the achievement of the goals of the Foundation.
The Board of Directors consists of a chairman and three members. The meeting of the Board of Directors is held periodically, upon the invitation of the Chairman of the Foundation, or the members of the Board of Directors.
