The Al-Furqan Islamic Heritage Foundation, in partnership with the Research Centre for Islamic History, Art and Culture (IRCICA), organised a Ceremonial Symposium to mark the publication of the book "Comprehensive Catalogue of the Ayasofya Collection of Manuscripts", published by the Al-Furqan Foundation. The Ceremonial Symposium took place on Wednesday, 8 October 2025, at the IRCICA headquarters in Istanbul, Turkiye.
Speeches were delivered by Prof. Mahmut Erol Kilic, Director General of IRCICA; Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, a member of the Al-Furqan Foundation's Board of Directors; Mr. Salih Kahraman, Director of the Suleymaniye Library; and Mr. Sharaf Ahmed Zaki Yamani, Chairman of Al-Furqan Foundation.
