The Centre for the Study of the Philosophy of Islamic Law at Al-Furqan Islamic Heritage Foundation organised, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law at Alexandria University in Egypt, organised a Scientific Course entitled "Purposes of Islamic Law and Legal Science", held in the Egyptian city of Alexandria in 2010.
