On Wednesday 7th of October 1998, Al-Furqan Islamic Heritage Foundation organised at its headquarters in Wimbledon, London, a public lecture entitled "Early Examples of Art, Architecture and Calligraphy in the Islamic West", delivered by Prof. Ibrahim Chabbouh.
