He was renowned as a historian, cataloguer, and expert in Persian manuscripts. He was also a biographer, author, and man of letters. In the discipline of Iranian studies, he is recognised as a credible and abundant source, well-respected in many Western and Islamic circles.
This book is a compilation of articles and studies written in Arabic, Persian, and English, authored by a number of his devotees and those recognising his favour.
